These terms apply to your use of dearsitter.com, operated by EngageFlow LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to them.

Not veterinary advice

Our food pages and food checker give general information for pet owners, based on published veterinary sources. They are not a diagnosis or a substitute for advice from a licensed veterinarian. Every dog is different. If your pet may have eaten something harmful, contact your veterinarian, an emergency clinic or a pet poison line right away.

Your sitter page

• You're responsible for what you put on your page and for who you share the link with.
• Only add information you have the right to share. Don't add other people's details without their okay.
• Keep your private edit link safe. Anyone with it can change or delete your page.
• We may remove pages that are used for spam, abuse or anything illegal.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site. That includes trying to break or overload it, scraping it at scale, or using it to harm others.

Paid plans

DearSitter Pro costs $29 per year and renews automatically each year until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your account page (Manage billing), and Pro stays on until the end of the year you paid for. If something isn't right, email hello@dearsitter.com within 14 days of a charge and we'll refund it.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or online.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, EngageFlow LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any decision made based on information on this site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, if any.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
